Shipping

Shipping your trophy to our shop is easy and cost effective.  Place your bird/s in double plastic freezer bags and keep frozen until you plan to ship.  When shipping to us, place your plastic bagged bird/s into a small box of loose newspaper or similar packing material to both insulate and protect the bird/s during shipment.  Always ship out on Monday or Tuesday by UPS or FEDEX to insure no weekend layovers.  Standard ground service is fine during the colder winter months.  During the warmer months, 2nd Day Air is recommended.  I will notify you by phone or email that your bird has arrived. 

Never use the Post Office.

All migratory birds have to have a Federal Migratory Bird Tag.   If you are not sure if your bird needs a federal migratory tag please contact us before shipping.  Please print and fill out the federal migratory bird tag below and place in box with your bird/s before you ship.  This is a federal requirement and all fields must be filled out and the tag signed.

I ship your completed mount back to you by Fed Ex Ground Insured.  Shipping cost vary depending on your location.  You are only charged current shipping and boxing costs.

Terms:  I do require a 50% deposit and the balance due before sending back. When it is ready, I will  photograph your mount and send you a copy by email.  At that time final payment is required and the bird will be shipped!
